We aim to provide the best possible service and to do this we have in place a number of checks to measure our performance.
The staff have regular meetings;
in these meetings we seek feed back from our staff on the well being of our clients and their views, as these are the most important views a care agency could receive.
This process is called quality of life checks. This involves a member of our team visiting the client at home each month for the first 3 months of the service we provide and then every three months thereafter.
With feed back being given to the management team and relatives of the client.
We carefully check on all clients' files, timesheets and other records, we are constantly reviewing and updating all of the organisation's policies and procedures, so that we may provide the best care for our clients.
